Q: Can this frame be used vertically or only horizontally
A: No. Horizontally only. However portrait and landscape photos will play as they should with portrait photos being thinner and taller and landscape photos being wider.
Q: My USB does not work why? Memory card works fine. My wife is very happy with this product.
A: Double check that the images are all in jpg format. Also, the images can not be in folders, make sure they are all in the root directory of the card. If that doesnt work, give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
Q: Can you scroll back through pictures? Can I set up 5,000 pics from my iMac to scroll randomly?
A: Yes, the frame has a random mode.
Q: Why dose it play all my vacation photos in reverse? My sun rise looks like a sun set.
A: For photos sent through the cloud (app), they will display in the order they were sent. For photos copied to internal memory, they will display in the order they were copied to the internal memory.
Q: Is the sd card slot on this frame for a mini sd card or a standard sd card size?
A: The SD card on this unit is a full size SD. Use 32GB or smaller formatted to FAT32.
Q: Does this have to be plugged in?
A: Yes. All of our photos frames must be plugged in. They do not charge or run on battery.
