Q: What if I don’t have a radio in my car working
A: If you don't have a radio, then you cannot tune in. This works by sending a signal to your antenna through a radio channel that is not being used, it then sends your bluetoothed paired device signal to that channel and therefore you can send it through your radio which is hooked up to your speakers which then sends the sound to your ears. Capisce?
A: The device allows you to hear mobile phone audio through your car speakers by routing phone Bluetooth output to your car’s FM radio. All cellphone control is through your phone and all speech is through your cellphone, not this device. I use the device to route Spotify music from my iPhone to my car’s speakers.

A: Yes, IF your modulator has a 3.5 m.m. jack (same type into which you'd plug in headphones), which is the type that I have. Then you can plug one end of a double-ended 3.5 m.m. cable into your modulator and the other end into your telephone.
