Great for arthritis pain relief

I have pain in my thumbs from arthritis but I still tough thru it and try to stay active with crocheting projects and biscotti baking. This device used 2 fifteen minute cycles daily has greatly improved my hand strength by reducing pain.

I was really looking forward to using this but right away had problems with it hurting my hands and wrists. It did not have continuous movement and the “spiky” nubs really hurt and left impressions. I had to return it the next day.

The product never worked for me! Literally. Plugged it in and nothing happened. So disappointed. And on top of that went to try and exchange or return and best buy would not do anything because I was 15 days out of return window! Ok give me a break. I have spent 1000s there. Such bad service! No help over phone. All outsourced.
