Q: Is there is steam feature on this?
A: I just received and it DOES NOT have a steam feature even though there is an image of steam coming out of it in the Best Buy images. Osaki does make one with steam & I thought this was it, based on the images. I saw the Osaki LED w steam at a trade show recently and thought how wonderful it is available to purchase on Best Buy and for hundreds of dollars less than at the trade show. Best Buy is using the wrong image: an updated version by Osaki that has a steam feature and so you will be disappointed if you purchased and realize it only has the LED and no steam/vapor.
