Purchased this in white on March 14 2020. The geek squad did the installation but failed to mention that there were signs of a rework on the back panel. I found out later. I thought it was noisy but they said it was normal. Two days after installation I wanted to return it. By then then the pandemic response threw everything out of sync. I would have had to return it myself (I'm 85 year sold and accustomed to be taken advantage of) Subsequently called the MFG and found out that it was a last years model which ordinarily wouldn't have mattered. They sent a man from Appliance Repair to look at it and it was pronounced "normal" . Hums, groans throbs and ringing is not normal. I gave up and bought acoustic foam and Mass loaded vinyl to cut the noise. It is somewhat reduced but still annoying. Like living in a machine shop.

It's cold it make ice. Oh there a light. It's works just fine

After months of looking for a low-priced side-by-side refrigerator, I chose the Amana. And I am not disappointed so far. After about a month, it does everything well. The food is kept cold and it is quiet. The ice and water dispensers work well. And it is big... lots of room for everything. This is all I'm looking for. It is not nearly as flexible as more expensive refrigerators. You cannot move the shelves all over the place, for example. But for basic needs, it cannot be beat. The best part of this new refrigerator was Best Buy. The installers were the best I've ever had for a major appliance delivery. I got constant notifications about when they would arrive. They called and emailed. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They did everything just right.

Good value for price. Nice wide and deep removable glass shelves. Very spacious inside. Not the best looking exterior, but as I said, good value for the money for a 24.5 side by side fridge. I bought it for a rental and I’m told the handles slide off if you pull slightly upward when opening, I’m not certain if Best Buy installed the fasteners incorrectly and this is why this is happening. They have to push them up and off entirely and replace them and pull down hard on the fasteners to reset them. It’s decent.

Nice design and good allocation of storage space. However, would have liked more "room" where the ice is dispenced.

This is a really good refrigerator. Its quiet, plenty of room, makes plenty of ice and the sale price was great.

Had to replace my 20 year old GE. The Amana was available for immediate delivery and was priced on the lower end of the range for side by sides, so I gave her a try. There is not as much adjustability on the shelves as other products, but the configuration is adequate. Runs cold and quiet.

I haven't had the refridgerator very long but so far it has been a really great appliance. It has a lot of light inside, clear shelves to find things easy and it is very spacious. Love it!

I like this fridge a lot, it's very roomy for the price. We had to replace ours and we didn't want anything expensive...The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because of the water dispenser in front door spills everywhere and it does not have a catch tray...and on ours, the Amana sign came half off and won't glue back.

Excellent value! Made my mother in law very happy. Has plenty of room and a great ice maker. She enjoys the spacious of compartments.

Was really a great deal love the color plenty of space inside like the icemaker

Ice maker has a hard time keeping up with our demand. Other than that I am very satisfied with this product .

The refrigerator as a second fridge is great! Some problems with levelers but a good value overall. Has all the basics needed and works great.

Has good storage, good ice maker, easy controls, looks great. Freezer keeps things really cold, refrigerator doesn't ice up.

We are very satisfied, at this point, with our AMANA side by side refrigerator-freezer. The freezer is working very well and keeping ice and frozen foods very cold. The refrigerator is also working well and if roomy and we especially like the glass shelves and roomy interior.

Seems nice but the crisper drawers are very hard to pull out and push in. Otherwise, love it!

So far so good. Had it for 2 weeks. Runs well and cools as expected.

I got this refrigerator last year in April,it was one of the few that would fit into my kitchen cabinets. TWO MAJOR faults with this refrigerator, the first is the ice maker. It is really bad in production of ice , it cannot keep up in production of ice makes about 6 to 7 ice cubes a hour. I had the ice maker replaced under warranty by Best Buy agent ,still same poor ice making ability. Changed water filter several times. If you have to buy this refrigerator ,please purchase at the same time a Insigna 26 LB ice maker SKU 6331583. Second fault is this refrigerator loves to freeze fresh food i find that you need to the right hand fresh food side set to the very lowest temperature setting to prevent this.

The refrigerator part is nice and roomy. Love all the door bins. They hold a lot of the extras. The freezer however is small and does not hold much. Very cramped and hard to put things in or get them out.

good quality fridge not much noise, better than my last fridge, it does have a slight hum, but overall it is a very good fridge for the price.
