Picked up the stove yesterday. I installed it and used it ONCE for dinner and it is already scratched!! I’m blown away by the poor quality. It’s as if they made this stove to not be used, it’s supposed to be installed and look pretty and not be used! Ridiculous. For $500 I expected better!! I must mention I was careful with the stove, cleaned it with a cloth not anything that could’ve scratched it. If you can, avoid this stove. I can only imagine what it will look like in a month if I keep it!

The cooktop was easy to install. I replaced an existing cooktop, so I had the countertop already cut out and I wired to the existing box. I works great and heats up fast. I wish it had a burner that did both small and large diameters, but for the price, it cannot be beat.

The cook top was delivered on time and it was super easy to install. It was a replacement for an existing unit so we didn't have to do any major wiring. It was just 2 connectors and a ground but the fit into the counter took a lot of adjustments. Overall it was a great experience, but the only thing keeping me from giving BestBuy five stars is that the unit went on sale at the HomeDepot 2 weeks after I installed the unit for $30 less. Ughhh.
