The stove is amazing. However it’s was on back order for over 2 months. We ordered and paid for on Jan 3, 2024. We didn’t get it till March 9. Best Buy never called and gave us updates. We had to make a special trip there to find out anything Was told we would receive a gift card for the trouble but we never got that either.

All we wanted was a simple easy to use range as we are downsizing. This fit our needs perfectly, easy to use, and we wanted the high heat self cleaning oven. I had a steam clean oven for 4 years and hated it, more work than what is was worth. Went back to a high heat self cleaning oven. Would recommend this range, price was reasonable. Only downfall-Best Buy charges you for every little thing ie hookup, removal, delivery charge, etc.

The range did not come with any installation or product documentation. But you can find it on the Amana website for download. I purchased the range online, and did not view it in-store before purchase. I'm disappointed that the product photos don't show a vent that's under the control panel. According to the product documentation on the Amana website: "The oven vent releases hot air and moisture from the oven and should not be blocked or covered." The vent is a little bit of an eyesore if you ask me. Not sure I would have purchased this had I seen the vent.

Having to have an electric stove is not really my thing but since there is no propane gas line services makes you opt for these. I am sure the sticking coil design is more reliable but ugly. So, this one looks nice but it's very very very hard to maintain clean and free from scratch no matter what material or tool you use

It works perfect and easy to use. The Ceramic top is tough to maintain smears or smudges free!! Special treatment and products and still not satisfactory. They need to invent something better.
