About this product

Amanda Penecale has pondered music and melody, conveying the nature of love from good and bad sides. These songs denote love as it should or shouldn't happen, carried along by smooth production, steady session playing, and lyrics full of imagery. This folk, singer songwriter, Americana blend is being done by many, but Penecale manages not to be derivative, or quirky in her delivery. She has her own sound. -Journalist and Promoter David W. Wannop.

Ian Craig - In A Word' - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

In a Word, the sixteenth installment of the intergenerational collaboration series FRKWYS, brings together postminimalist composer Daniel Lentz with vocalist and sound artist Ian William Craig for an album that embraces erosion and the fertility of the loam left behind. A document of shared transformation, Lentz's elegant piano figures and Craig's trembling tenor are wilted, warbled, and looped through manipulated tape machines in a real time composition that evokes a strange warmth and layered beauty. Six panel fold-out CD edition includes artist essays and photographs.

Margo Price - All American Made - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

A lot can change in a year markets boom and bust, trends come and go, presidents get elected. In 2015, Margo Price was a country underdog just trying to keep enough gas in the tank to get to the next gig, but by the end of 2016, she was one of the genre's most celebrated new artists and a ubiquitous presence on late night television and at major festivals around the world. It's the kind of year most musicians can only dream of, and the arrival of Price's spectacular sophomore album, InchAll American Made,Inch proves that she hasn't taken a moment of it for granted. Delivering on the promise of her debut and then some, the record finds Price planting her flag firmly in the soil as a songwriter who's here for the long haul, one with the chops to hang with the greats she so often finds herself sharing stages with these days.

Amanda Martindale - Road to Beautiful - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

With passion for life and the desire to sing about it, Amanda Martindale packed her bags, turned west on I-40 and never looked back. Arriving in Los Angeles with a guitar and a dream Amanda settled in and started writing. Playing shows and shaping her craft she steadily gained fans and a demand for an album. After weeding through her collection of songs Amanda was ready for pre-production. Six months later the Road to Beautiful was ready to be recorded. Emptying out her savings Amanda booked seven days at Entourage Studios. With the help of very talented friends, the ambitious task of recording twelve songs was completed and sounded as honest and as veritable as she is. 'Road to Beautiful is a collection of songs that reflect my journey of finding the balance of who I am becoming and who I used to be.' Amanda also states that her intentions with the album was to be recorded live in a big studio... with the musicians in a semi circle feeding off each other making the songs what they are at that moment....'To me that was the most rewarding experience and I am excited to share it with the world.'
