The TV will come with everything you need to set it up on Wi-Fi, though you may want additional accessories depending on exactly what you're trying to do. This TV will have access to the same Appstore as a regular Fire Stick, so if your app isn't available via the Appstore on a Fire Stick it probably won't be available here. Usually the easiest way to check if an App is available is just to search online.
