We were deceived by the store display. Bummer. We are very disappointed with this product. The store display and video says it is easy to connect and install. That is untrue and deceptive Best buy and Amazon fail to mention that this product will not work on older cars. Our cars are 15, 20 and 25 years old. We don't have any way to connect this to our current car radios. Our cars have no Bluetooth or plug in adapter that they mention in the instructions. If you dont have a newer automobile this product will not work. We will be returning these immediately.

Works well, there might be a slight delay in response but it does what is supposed to do, I’m happy that it helps while I’m driving

It’s better than my car’s native Bluetoot, I use the aux cable, but I think is super biased to work as it should only with Amazon services, with Spotify it shows some limitation at the offline mode.

One of the missing components regarding technology lacking in my EV is an AI voice assistant. This Amazon Echo works seamlessly with the Bluetooth and responds to voice just like the other Echo devices that we use in our home. This 2nd Gen version is vastly superior to Gen 1, which was not the best. I'm pleased with the quality and value.

This one is a big improvement over the last model. The sound is better and the size is smaller giving more mounting options.

It's exactly what I needed for a car with no Bluetooth but an aux cable. The audio quality is good and volume levels are sensitive. The voice control is nice and Google assistant will also work through it (but you have to talk a little louder for it to hear you). Only 4 stars because the Alexa app that enables the voice controls wasn't working to play music. I redownloaded it and it works again.

I enjoy it the only annoying part is if you dont unhook it itll continuously reconnect to your phone and you cant even tell it to disconnect either it basically just uses your phones alexa app through your bluetooth, other than that its great for if you have friends who want different songs i just let them tell it what to play since i dont always like to play my music around them

I considered this purchase for awhile, not sure if I really needed it. When I had rewards points that covered most of the cost, I pulled the trigger. It works great! I literally set it up and was using it in 5 minutes in the BestBuy parking lot! Answer a couple questions... I chose wired Apple CarPlay, linked Spotify account... ready to go. We use the Alexa shopping list feature at home and now, if we think of something we need on the list we can just add it while in the car, before we forget. ( we are 70+ years )It has been solid. No issues. Happy with the purchase.

It is ok. If you have Andriod Auto (or Apple Car Play), I wouldnt waste money on this. I have Android Auto and this offers very similar functionality. If I hadnt gotten it on sale, I probably wouldnt not have bought it.

Wokring great however sometime its not connectikg to thr app. Happened bery tarely. But wnated to let you all know. Sound quality generated to the car sepakers is really good. Helpful to dropin home or to cal freinds.

Easy to connect to the app. Great, little product definitely recommend it. Especially if you have other smart devices

It’s nice that version 2 is smaller but it doesn’t really seam any better than version 1. It is actually slower the respond than the original version. It also would be nice if it was usb-c rather than usb-a.

This little gadget is a great addition to my car and was very easy to install and set up. Getting it on sale for $37 was the best! The only issue I've been having is that sometimes when I have it play music, it will play one song and get stuck. I have to tell Alexa to "skip" and then it plays it.

Easy hookup. Plays all my favorite songs with Alexa.

I really like it! It's such a neat feature to add to your vehicle!
