Q: Is this with ads or no ads? I don’t want to be bothered with ads.
A: I would guess that it does have the special offers. If I recall the previous gen 3G one came with them. However it is real easy to eliminate them, just go to your Kindle account, select the content and devices section, select devices, select the which kindle you are wanting to change and unsubscribefrom the special offers. You will pay to unsubscribe when you do, rather than doing at the time of purchase. Not a big deal however I wish they would make the option available at the time of purchase as with the other versions.

A: Hi Devan, Yes, as long as there is Wifi, and your Amazon Account is reflective to being in India, and that is the account you are signed in on the Kindle, then you would be able to access that content. The only thing you would have to navigate is the charger and making sure that if the outlets do not use a standard charger that you have the appropriate adapter. Hope this info helps. This is limited to availability of a 3G connection though, which is not available in all locations.
