If you’re looking to get into reading on a kindle this one is perfect. The way it is designed makes it easy to hold, the physical buttons to turn the pages is a great feature & the battery life is great- even better if on airplane mode. Absolutely recommend

This is the best kindle experience you can possibly have. The price is maybe a little daunting but having the ability to use wikipedia on the go and download books from wherever you are makes this ideal. It breaks my heart that they seem to be phasing out this model for the wifi versions. Having somewhere to hold it without accidentally turning the page, having a button so you don't have to awkwardly reposition your hands to turn the page, and the automatically changing brightness is a must have. 32 gb is more than enough to store more books than you could imagine as well. Well worth the premium you pay for this device if you're trying to get rid of your paperbacks or just wanting to take multiple books on the go with you

Resolution is fantastic. Its light weight and very portable. Well balance in your hand and with the page turning button it makes it a pleasure to use.

I’ve owned the standard kindle, the kindle paper white and the nook glowlight 3 and this e-reader is definitely my favorite. It’s light and easy to hold and also has the Amber night mode that I really love. It’s also waterproof.

I would give this five stars for the physical page buttons alone. The size and weight, the way it feels in your hand,& the light settings are a plus. I am ruined now, this is just so much better, the Oasis is clearly the Kindle I love best. If cost is an issue, you can get it without the wifi to save money, and buy a cheap case,but get one, and savor the experience. I don't know why I waited, the Best Buy payments make it painless, and the shipping was fast!

I am a Kindle fan and have most recently had the first generation oasis. My biggest complaint there was the lack of storage. The lighting and obviously large storage capacity of this latest version to me is this kindles’ best features. With 32 gig being adequate for a large library. I did like the external battery charging capacity of the original oasis and if there’s any complaint about this latest version it would be that the battery does not appear to last as long. But overall I would give this five stars

I got this to replace a 9 year old Kindle and it is clear that Amazon has tweaked the Kindle over the years to address what was lacking. Now it is back lit and does not come at the cost of battery life. Great for reading. Searching for books to purchase is a little more tedious than a traditional tablet but you don't need to charge the thing for weeks.

This device honestly makes reading fun again. I love how lightweight it is and the warm lighting makes reading in the dark more enjoyable.

Love my new reader. Like the page buttons on the side; that it has more memory and the audio to be able to hear books. I listen to my audio bible every day.

i really want to know how to use my Kindle. I am lost. Never really have tapped into this device. i bought it for the anti-glare for the beach. How do I synch my Audible account? i have SOOOO many books I want to read on this. Why cant I get it to read the downloaded books aloud? That would be nice. So would head-phone jack.

I ordered the Kindle for my wife’s birthday with the scheduled delivery date in advance the day. I was notified of pickup time. When I arrived for pickup I learned that it was pushed out and we missed the birthday. The birthdate was 7/26 with purchase on 7/20/20.

Such a sturdy resourceful tool With all these corona viruses and monkeypox viruses so highy contagious I feel safe with my own personal Oasis to buy and or borrow books electronically with peace of mind.

I’m still trying to figure out how to get to pages quickly without knowing exactly where the pages are located. I’m thinking about googling hoping to get some results
