The Prism Fitness Smart Quick Flip Handles with Triple Pockets allow you to create your own resistance training system to strengthen and tone your body from head to toe! The triple pocket design of these padded exercise handles makes it fast and easy to insert and remove resistance cables as you change up your workouts. These easy-to-use workout handles are equipped with smart click technology so that you can ensure that your resistance cables are locked in and secure before you begin your resistance training. To use, simply lift the two sides of the flip-lock cable cup, insert the cable plug through the hole from the bottom, and push down on the cable cups until they “click” into their secured position under the cable plug. Repeat for each cable cup to create your desired resistance. The Prism Fitness Smart Quick Flip Handles with Triple Pockets are best used when combined with the Prism Fitness Interchangeable Fitness Cables. Cables sold separately.

EASY TO USE: Simply lift the two sides of the flip-lock cable cup and insert the cable plug through the hole from the bottom. Then, push down on the cable cups until they “click” into their secured position under the cable plug.
