Q: Does this Fit Samsung Galaxy S-8 Plus cell phone?

A: If your phone is a type C it will fit. I have the Samsung a51 fits and works great

A: Which "3rd generation" iPad Pro do you mean? The 2018 A12X-based 12.9 or the 11" M1-based iPad from 2021? The answer is "maybe, but I doubt it." The issue is the USB-A spec, and just how much power the port you're plugging it into supports. The 2018 and 2020 models came with an 18W USB-C charger, and most USB-A chargers pull 12W or less. You're far better off finding a 20W USB-C charger like the mini one Anker makes, and using a USB-C to USB-C cable. Then you're sure to get a good charge.

A: Yes the USB is a Type C. So it will fit your phone. Will it allow you to transfer picture. I assume it would if a prompt on your computer or phone ask to connect woth one another. Or just use bluetooth of your Mac supports it.
