Wrong cord sent
The product works fine now and is a great addition to my workspace. But This Refurbished product came with a ANKER Z cord which I did not notice until after 4 hours of troubleshooting and then after sleeping looking at a u tube video where they opened the box and I noticed the cord was different. Then I had to call Best Buy and then ANKER to get them to send me the correct cord which took another week to resolve. Once I had the correct cord the Hub worked perfectly.
