Does its job! Better than reverse sear.
Have not had any issues. Can be controlled via iOS app. Truly a game changer for convenience as well.

Product has flimsy parts - no support
I have to give this rating although the product works well. The problem is that the bracket and knob/screw assembly are cheap plastic...and the company no longer offers phone support nor does it respond to emails or even texts through the community forum site.
