I purchased this scooter for my son who has enjoyed a cheap scooter for awhile but as he is hetting older he kept asking for a faster scooter. After much research we decided to ourchase the UM-1 because of the features. He especially enjoys the fact that he can charge it once and get many miles of fun with his friends, the system brake its really nice as it makes him safer (he took many falls withbhis old scooter), the LED and reflecting features have been amazing as it gets darker faster and of course it can be scary as we want his safety on the road and lastly for us, we enjoy how easy it is to fold and carry. He is able to do this himself and we dont have to spend much time folding it. He can get it done on his own. Overall it has been money well spend and will be buying another one for our daughter once she is ready for this one.

Purchased this scooter for the Bluetooth feature and the features to be able to ride when it is dark. The Bluetooth phone controls are a pretty cool feature. The battery life is amazing i am able to ride to the local lake multiple times on a single charge. My school is only a few miles and It's nice not having to constantly worry if it will need more charge. Im able to fold it easily when needed for easy storage and easy transportation.

These are nice for the price. The comment above mentions its hard to breakdown. I have not had.this issue. All in all great fun scooter for the price

I bought this scooter for my kids, ages, 16, 14, and 10. It seems more appropriate for my 10 year old daughter. It maintains the advertised speeds and charging times. The standing plate is small in comparison to others. My kids are satisfied average with the product, however, they have no real comparison.

I ride on grass pavement. Wnjoyed riding with grand kids. Got them a smaller one. But this one cause grandma is 60 and over 200 lbs dose awesome

The locking and unlocking mechanism literally requires a rubber mallet hammer to unlock. The supposed rear wheel mechanism to get the top handle into place is off by more than half an inch. Parts were missing from the included package. All in all horrendous experience with this scooter. Key features didnt work.

Highly recommend! Got this for my son and he loves it. It's hard to convince him to get off it. Super easy to set up. Folds down so doesn't take much room up in the garage. Highly recommend this for kids and adults.

I bought 4 of these! They are a BLAST! If youre a bit heavier the battery doesnt last as long haha

Great to use for getting around on college campus!

College bound daughter used it for 1 week before both wheels starting making weird noises and squealing. Not sure if its the motor or bearings but took it back and returned it.

Charger never would stay charged. My daughter rode it twice.

Purchased this scooter for my grandson and he loves it. His father enjoys riding it as well. It is sleek, safe, durable and long lasting from a battery perspective. They have a large lot / driveway and this fine product is valuable getting from point to point! Love all of it!
