Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been really impressed with it so far. The design is sleek and lightweight, making it easy to carry around whether I’m at home, school, or traveling. The screen quality is amazing — the colors are vibrant, and everything looks very sharp, which is perfect for watching videos, reading, or even drawing. The performance is also excellent. Apps open quickly, and I haven’t experienced any lag, even when using multiple apps at the same time. The battery life is another strong point — it easily lasts throughout the day with regular use. One of my favorite features is how versatile it is. I can use it for studying, taking notes, entertainment, and even some creative work. It feels like a mix between a laptop and a smartphone. The only downside might be the price, which is a bit high, especially if you also buy accessories. But overall, I think it’s worth it for the quality and performance it offers. I would definitely recommend this iPad to anyone looking for a reliable and powerful tablet.

I had an IPad Pro for 7 years and was very happy with it but I damaged the screen and it was more sensible to upgrade than repair it. I didn’t know it could get better than that but it did the features, display, and the usability has been amazing and a much delightful experience! I’m very pleased with my purchase not only that the two representatives at the store or be unhelpful and informative. I feel like they want the extra mail to make sure I chose what was best for me.

Never in my life had I considered myself one to shell out for any iPad - I prefer laptops and desktops to anything. However, when I learned how the iPad can augment your MacBook Pro as a second monitor, all the while being a device that can stand on its own, buying and iPad Air is, in my opinion, worth every penny. I use it everyday, not only as a second monitor for my MacBook, but also to read sheet music, take notes, and browse social media. For these purposes, I feel the iPad Air is a beautiful balance between the iPad Pro and basic models, as I won't be spending so much money on a device that I'll use for only so many purposes, but it also has an M-chip, rather than the old A-processors. Definitely buy on sale, considering the recent Apple price hikes. I bought mine at 650 which to me was *definitely* worth it, but I personally would not pay any more than that. The biggest thing I don't like is that use is really held back without a keyboard or an Apple Pencil. If you don't want to spend money on a keyboard, and you have a Mac, simple push your cursor to the side of your screen (while the iPad is on), and it will allow you to use your keyboard and mouse on the iPad. Also, turn off pointer inertia in the settings to make moving your cursor clean. (See the image below for the animation letting you know it works) The other thing that I don't particularly like, and this is a minor detail, is that the iPad will *not* act as a sound-output device when being used in Sidecar. This makes listening to something feel weird if you're using it as a second monitor, a video is being played on it, and the sound is coming from the laptop speakers. Again, jsut a minor detail but it is jarring. Use airpods if it feels weird haha.

I bought this iPad during Amazon's Prime Days when I saw that Best Buy was matching the price and that I could pick it up same day. The ordering and pickup process was super fast and easy. And the iPad is speedy and looks great. Transferring over apps from my old iPad was quick and easy, and my old case even still fit.

This iPad was exactly what I needed for my work in the classroom. It allows me to seamlessly display student work, create and present lessons, and edit instructional videos without missing a beat! I also use it outside of school during my private tutoring lessons. It has the appropriate amount of space for writing with ease, and also performs well when running multiple apps. I'm more than satisfied with my purchase.

It works excellently, very fast compared to others. The capacity is more than enough since my son uses it for school. We would definitely buy it again.

battery life, durability, display, form factor, color

Perfect size for my needs. I am retired and the iPad provides the necessary access to what’s going on in the world and communication with relatives regarding family plans and issues. Mainly used on my lap on the sofa.

Easy to use, battery life has been pretty solid. Bought this for my wife and her little side business and it’s been very helpful. The pen and Magic Keyboard is a must!!

Fantastic item and good customer service from the best buy I purchased at. I am a fan of the iOS operating system on the phones so it has synced seamlessly with my iphone and saved me a lot of time with my business work.

It really, really, works! My Bride is happy ... Best Buy Apple at BestBuy!

It was on excellent conditions and the best price that I could find, it was new, sealed box and nothing was missing

Love the Ipad Air M4! really life changing, it’s incredible and helps me everyday as a graphic designer.

Best tablet I ever purchased. Setup was a breeze thanks to the Geeks.

This is a good iPad. Definitely an improvement over the last generation.

It’s a newer version of same basic air IPad, obviously it has better processor speed, and updates new software that the older one no longer will. It still has the “touch” logon, which is inconvenient with a cover. If you have long fingernails, you’re better off using passcode. Overall it’s an easy to carry light weight IPad, works as expected, and will be obsolete in 2 years.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The iPad Air M4 is absolutely amazing! The performance is super fast, the screen looks beautiful, and the battery life is excellent. I mainly use it for DJing with the Reloop Mixtour Pro and Djay Pro, and the experience has been flawless. Everything runs incredibly smooth with low latency, fast track loading, and perfect portability for gigs and traveling. The M4 chip handles multitasking without any issues, even while streaming music and using effects in real time. If you are a DJ looking for a lightweight but powerful setup, this iPad is a perfect choice. Highly recommen

I love this Ipad which replaced an older model. It was very easy to set up and add my favorite apps. Sales rep told me it had a much stronger screen so I didn't need to add a screen protector. Very fast. Playground is a fun app which is included and is used with the apple pencil.(bought separately) I chose the 256 GB because I take lots of photos and videos and was transferring from my previous ipad. When I travel this goes with me. I listen to audio books all the time. I read on this as well using Kindle or my Library app. I use it in the kitchen for recipes when cooking, Face Timing with the grandchildren, shopping, playing games.I would rather use this than my phone or laptop. Good purchase. And Geek Squad to help!

Best performance, flexibility. The iPad Air strikes the ultimate balance between high-end performance and value. Powered by a lightning-fast Apple silicon chip, it handles multitasking, creative work, and entertainment effortlessly. Featuring a gorgeous display, sleek lightweight design, and great accessory support, it delivers Pro-level features without the steep price tag. Highly recommended!

This iPad is very fast, smooth, and easy to use. The screen quality is excellent with bright and sharp colors, making it great for studying, watching videos, or working. It runs apps without lag and feels very reliable for daily tasks. I really like how portable and efficient it is.
