My computer works well. It was available earlier than expected. I received everything that was advertised with the computer.

This is a total rip off. It should not be sols to people at all. It runs very slow, doesn’t work well with the latest technology, and it's out of date, a 2015 version. This purchase was a total waste of time. Looks good on the desk. It's just an expensive paper weight. Don't aggravate your self. I was surprised at Best Buy for selling this item period.

I was looking for a good desktop Mac this is more than I expected. Works great looks great am extremely happy with it.

Processor is slow and worn out. Refurbished and cleaned but the inner workings of this computer are not properly functioning.

Computer arrived in good condition but ran very very slowly. Did not realize how slow it would run as it was certified refurbished. Must have just been the age of it. Unfortunately you couldn’t upgrade it either. They should put a restriction on the age of products they sell. Worked fine but just wasn’t what was expected.

Item was in good shape. Came with an off brand keyboard and mouse not wireless like apple desktops. Computer seems to be slower than my normal Mac. Great value price wise for used.

It’s definitely in great condition only complaint would be it lags a bit but it works!

So far I have loved this computer! I have only owned Windows computers so it took me a bit to adjust to MacOS and understand how to update and such, but I’m starting to get the hang of it. I purchased the refurbished one because it’s so much cheaper and I know it is certified by Geek Squad

Had to buy compatible key board and mouse the one given didn’t work because it was for windows I would probably recommend it but make sure key board and mouse are compatible

BB puts a file on that is terrible because they keep billing for security and we cannot get rid of it.Also same thing on a repair job

Outstanding for day to day use, but certainly took longer than I would have liked to setup. Had worked like new. I would recommend.
