I needed extra yardage on my cord and how better than to have the safety of a three prong plug with another little head for when that is not needed. Apple is so inventive. Quality feels like a million dollars.

I never knew the importance of an extension for apple chargers until now. I can sufficiently sit far away from an outlet without panicking or finding ways to move closer. I’m intrigued. Only thing though is the main cord that connects to the laptop is a lot thinner than I remember apple chargers being. But aside from that, I like my purchase so far. It’s only been about a month and some, but I hope it lasts long.

The charger is brand new and it is in excellent working condition. I will recommend my family and friends to shop at bestbuy. Also I will buy an external hard drive for my laptop at the bestbuy store near me. Great doing business with you!

These work well if set on a table with no tangle or set so the cable doesn’t detach and be careful not to close the MacBookPro without checking if the dislodged charger is between the screen and keyboard. This could potentially crack your screen

Product was packaged & worked very well! My cat is unfortunately obsessed with chewing them so I’ll be purchasing another :(

My son lost his charger for his school computer. I went to Best Buy to get a new one. Was not aware there were different types of chargers for the different Mac laptops. The Best Buy associate at the desk helped me determine which one I needed. He got the item from the back and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes. The charger works perfectly and the laptop has never charged so quick. High quality. Extra cord for longer length. Even looks stylish.

Wasn't broken. But I suppose if I had to offer anything constructive to Apple I'd say the design of how to attatch the extension cord to the charger (so that the bulk of the charger itself isn't directly connected to the outlet) could perhaps be more clear without. I think the design of the product could be more self evident. I had trouble figuring out that I needed to remove a component so I could add the extension. Now that I'm thinking about it, I seem to recall that the included instructions weren't helpful. I think I needed to look the information I needed up using an external source. I worried that I somehow bought the wrong product. XD (anyway, to now review the Best Buy product reviewing process, what's wrong with using emojis? Human communication is largely body language so being unable to give a particular expression makes communication far more challenging. Emojis, in so many words, exist to attempt to circumvent this issue so if you don't allow them I suggest that you are limiting your reviews, not to the most objective, but to simply inhuman dialogues.

I love the extra long cord option with this charger. It also has the old short charger option as well. I would definitely recommend this charger as a backup or replacement. Make sure you check which one you need for your Mac as there is a 60W and an 80W. The sales rep was extremely helpful in this regard.

Excellent charger. Charges my MacBook in a timely manner. Very durable! Love the mag gives me ease that instead of breaking it will just pop off.

All of our staff use Macs. When purchasing the new Airs and Pros, I also picked up a few extra cords for the old Airs to have around the office. With the new cords being different, you need to pick up a few while you can. Your old Air will outlast the cord.

Not super happy that Apple did not modify the design to address the very common wire breaks. But the power adapter itself is awesome. Don't settle for knock-offs or "compatible" replacements.
