I can't say I can really tell a difference between these and the originals. Pass-through sounds more natural but it's not something I use. It doesn't connect any quicker to windows which I found disappointing. It can take a full 30 seconds to connect to a windows computer. No multipoint Bluetooth sure was a choice. I bought the new ones for a reason though. They're still great quality in material and sound.

These headphones are top-tier. The sound quality is rich and immersive, with deep bass and crystal-clear highs. Noise cancellation is outstanding and makes a big difference in noisy environments. They’re also very comfortable for long listening sessions, and the build quality feels premium. The blue color looks even better in person—highly recommend.

I’ve had the original Airpods Max (Lightning Cable) and I loved them! I ended up selling them and regretted it right away. When I found out they were making another with USB Type C, I was excited. With the new upgrades, better bluetooth connection, Lossless Audio via the type c cable connected, its well worth the price. This is a must have, especially if you are well invested in the Apple Line Up.

I've been living with the AirPods Max 2 for a few weeks now, and it’s basically the definition of "great tech in an old shell." The noise canceling is definitely a step up—the H2 chip makes the transparency mode feel so natural it’s like you aren't even wearing headphones—and finally having USB-C and wired lossless audio is a massive relief for my cable management. One downside is the microphones. In phone calls, some people tell me I sound really far away. Other times, I have to just take them off and use my airpods pro 2 because they sound better.

Excellent! Glad i waited for the 2nd Gen version. Perfect on my daily when im on the trails or working out at the gym. Took them on my long plane trip and were comfortable the whole time.

I think these are worth the upgrade from the original AirPods Max. ANC is way better, beautiful soundstage and easy in the iOS system!
