If you’re immersed in the Apple ecosystem, which I am, these over the ear headphones are a great choice. I traded in old headphones to get some credit towards these bc expensive!! I wouldn’t wear these to the gym. I see them being worn at the gym I go to all the time and hope the owners don’t have issues in the future. They aren’t water resistant and condensation issues are a known problem. Also, get apple care on these— they’re too pricey to not have a warranty for accidents. Noise canceling works great! It can be noisy at my apartment complex and I work from home, so I really need the NC feature so I can concentrate better. I also love how they automatically switch between my Apple products depending on which one I’m using at the moment. Apple TV, iPhone, MacBook, iPad…. Whichever I’m on, it’s on. People say their hear me very clearly when I’m on the phone, so the microphone seemingly works great. Music and TV have very deep, clear bass, and the details I hear that I didn’t hear before wearing them are amazing. Highly recommend, awesome product!

Someone who has owned the first generation of this pair of AirPods Max Pro and also the main competitors Sony XM-5, Sennheiser Momentum 4, Bose 700 and the Nothing Headphones(1), this upgrade was worth the wait if you were considering upgrading from any of the previous generations of premium headphones. I actually tried the new Sony XM6, and the newest Bose QuietComfort and returned them to wait out this newest release, and these are by far the best noise canceling. My neighbor runs a daycare and I can barely hear the kids outside when I work from home some days. If you already own the AirPods Max 1, these have better battery life than mine, when I first got them. I also love how I can pair my 2 Apple headphones to my Apple TV and watch loud movies with my husband without my missing any of the cinematic sound and effects. I just wish the color was more like the orange on the iPhone 17 Pro than peach.

10 out of 10, I Love them! Noise cancellation is way better. The batty life was a slight upgrade not by much but have a sleek and nice design with some weight to them, which makes you feel pretty stylish and meets aesthetic needs

I’ve been using the Apple AirPods Max for a while now, and they still impress me every day. The sound is incredibly clean, the bass is deep but balanced, and the noise cancellation is next level. Transparency mode feels the most natural I’ve tried, and the seamless connection across Apple devices makes everything effortless. Add the premium aluminum build and Spatial Audio, and these headphones truly feel luxury.

I think Apple get a great job in upgrading and improving the AirPods Max 2nd generation. I’m a sound guy mostly so I can definitely hear improvements in the tuning of these headphones. There seems to be less harshness in the highs and more of a balanced bass response. I love the adaptive noise canceling mode. I like the built. It’s very well made with a stylish look.

There loved in such a way you cannot resist listening, holding, admiring and wonder how did they get such a fine set of headphones that are under $1000 and the finest sound and noise canceling. Listen to a pair with your favorite hi fidelity or lossless music and see what everyone is saying.

I can't say I can really tell a difference between these and the originals. Pass-through sounds more natural but it's not something I use. It doesn't connect any quicker to windows which I found disappointing. It can take a full 30 seconds to connect to a windows computer. No multipoint Bluetooth sure was a choice. I bought the new ones for a reason though. They're still great quality in material and sound.

The AirPods Max definitely sound better than the pros but I like having both. They each have their purpose. I can’t wear them for too long but Ido have a big head though too.

Personal it much more comfortable than my Sony XM5. I was worried about the weight but its not a problem for me.

Absolutely incredible I’m a telehealth therapist and these are a lifesaver blocking out noise so I can stay locked in all session.

The sound deadening is the beat feature. You can not hear anything except what is playing in your ear.

Special sound, unsurpassed quality, having it complete my Apple ecosystem

I bought these for my wife for Mother’s Day and she couldn’t be happier with this gift! The sounds quality is crazy good and nothing like I’ve heard before! She hasn’t had the charge them yet and she’s used them multiple times already. She uses them for everything and connects to her iMac or phone and even iPad. So quick and easy to use.

Love these headphones. Seems to work well with Spotify. Apple Music is interestingly only decent if you have the usb plugged into your phone, but of course data on your phone is never decent enough to stream that quality. T mobile sucks for that
