I was so excited to get a (new to me) iMac to replace mine I bought in 2012! I just picked up the iMac Pro today and it powers on but the display doesn't work. I've scoured forums and websites trying everything they recommend to get the display on and nothing works. The iMac itself has superficial chips/scrapes on the corners, shipping box was damaged, the cords and included items were dirty, and the keyboard arrived with missing keys! It is almost comical how poor this experience has been. This is not a cheap piece of equipment even used and I would expect to at least get a complete keyboard with my purchase... I do not recommend buying this "certified" product. It is refurbished by JemJem, which appears to be selling similar products to others.

Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. There were only minor signs of wear on the body, but all the internals and the screen were perfect. A similar setup through Apple.com (with M2 or M3) would cost $2500-$4000, so I appreciate the value. This Mac runs great! You would not know it was refurbished if it wasn't for the fact that Apple does not make this model new anymore. It gives me everything I need from a home computer and the 32GB of RAM has no problem running DAWs or Art programs simultaneously. I am looking forward to making use of the multiple thunder bolt ports as well. This will be on my desk for many years to come. Totally worth the investment

Packaging could be a little better and needed some cleaning out of the box but other than that, looks great and works great so far. I've had it for three weeks.
