Q: Does it comes with the original box?
A: My best buy refurb ipad air 4- did not come in the original box. Nor did it come with the 20W charger that a new unit comes with. It did come with a usb-c charging cable... but the cable looks like it had been run over by a car 40 times. The refurbished ipad itself is immaculate looking. there were 31 cycles on my battery and the device was originally purchased 20 months ago.

A: Certified open-box is the most extensively tested open box classification BestBuy has. In fact, I would trust a certified product more than I would some “new” products. With certified you have a guarantee the device is fully functional, undamaged, all ports work and function as they should, and all accessories are good and functional (plus you get a little extra off the top). when I purchased it was new enough to still get Applecare+ but that's long gone.
Q: Refurbished iPad Air43. Is battery new? If No, is Battery Health at LEAST 90%?
A: Hi, I recently purchased mine and the battery health is not great. Mine dies in less than an hour of using it. I’d imagine it’s different per IPad though.
