Like most folks the mere mention of the word refurbished is enough to drive most of us out of town. But have no fear if the listing says geek squad certified GO GO!. I love my new ipad!!!

I would never know this was refurbished, no scratches or dents. Started up immediately when I turned it on, everything so far works perfectly.

They sold me a stolen iPad

Purchased a Geek Squad refurbished iPad Pro for our fire department to use. Tried to activate cellular service on ATT. ATT says that Apple has it as reported stolen and it cannot be used. After 15 minutes on the phone with Best Buy, they told me my online purchase would have to be returned to a physical store regardless of the inconvenience. Beware...
