Purchase arrived very well packaged by the Geek Squad. The iMac is in perfect shape with no blemishes or signs of wear. Setup was easy and computer is operating as advertised.. Minor issue was that there wasn't any way to find out when the product was originally sold by Best Buy. Apple Care helped with this and advised the computer is about six months old with six months remaining warranty.

it stopped working a few days after i got it screen went blank and never came back on so i returned it and paid the difference for a brand new one. i will never purchase refurbished again

The computer came in a plain brown box, not original box. The computer itself was really dirty. The screen was full of finger prints and a strange film on the screen. Also a couple of chips in the Aluminum case. After about 3 hours of cleaning the screen, I finally got all the grease off it. I just used water and lots of buffing with micro fiber cloth. Also while cleaning the screen I found a small chip. The computer itself works great. Luckily it still has the Apple warranty. So I'm keeping the computer. You get what you pay for. A little disappointing.
