Bought this as a starter phone for my mom’s first iPhone and she loved it. Battery was only at 80% health so I replaced it. Screen display has a slight distortion near the top, but everything else is good.

I purchased a "Apple - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished iPhone" but was sent a phone with a bad battery and broken cameras. NOT only NOT "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" but NOT EVEN "Geek Squad inspected"! when I tried to find someone who would ship a replacement to the store so we could inspect it there, and I could either trade it for the bad one or swap it for the "good one"—they said they have no way to do that. They have no way to connect me with the geek squad to find out if they actually refurbish at all. That there was no one above the overseas "supervisor" who could even email me that they are offering no other options besides returning it for a refund. DO NOT BUY "refurbished" as there is no one to speak with if there is an issue!

I'm very happy with this refurbished Apple iPhone. It's in great shape and now that I've added a screen saver and a nice cover, it's even better. It's my first Apple and I'm very, very impressed. Customer care were very helpful too.

The phone is great but it took two orders to get it which was upsetting. I was very unhappy with the service I received on my first visit. On my unnecessary second visit the manager did a great job returning and reordering the correct phone. I will only deal with the manager if I decide to buy from them again.

The iPhone 11 is exactly as prescribed. Takes great pictures, long battery life, great sound quality, beautiful colors.
