Love new phone
Needed to get new phone because of update limits on iPhone 7 went 1/2 way up. Good price and takes great pictures. Easy transfer.

It was OK
Phone came in great condition very minor scuffs. Only main problem was the battery had 77% life and phone was locked to a carrier.

Best Buy Refurb - SCAM
Best Buy sold me a TOTALLY non-refurbished phone - it had a bad battery (less then 75% health) and did not pass Apple diagostics when the Geek Squad went to change the battery! They would not fix and only offered a refund - said it was a bad "error" by a 3rd party who forgot to refurbish. TOTAL SCAM. Beware. I will NOT buy anything from Best Buy ever again. Shamefull.
