Very good condition. Like new. But it was just in a plastic bag. Last time we bought refurbished phone in the plastic box, it was nicer.

Disappointing, i know this is refurbished but the battery life has a max charge to only 70 percent, there are a few huge deep scratches in the screen and the memory doesn't seem correct.

Phone arrived in adequate packaging (protected) It looks new! The box contents: iPhone, charging cable only. There was no adapter for the wall. When you spend hundreds... you should get a complete set; refurbished or otherwise. While I recommend the item, I also recommend Best Buy include adapters!

Battery was at 71%, the day I got it. I don't know how that passes as a refurbished product, the phone was actually warning me the battery was so bad. Also ear speaker was not working properly. Best buy should at least clean it, check the speaker and put a new battery in it if you are calling it refurbished. ALSO, put your SIM in it before you turn it on. Why they don't have a red paper in the box saying that I am not sure.

Items missing from description in product page. Best buy stores dont help with online purchases. Phone was good but they wanted me to return it because i asked about the missing earpods and usb c adapter. Customer service terrible. Yadi the manager in Buford GA was very arrogant and walked away as i was grying to resolve issues with her as if nothing i said mattered. TERRIBLE

Ordered unlocked phone, recieved locked phone had to return but from what i saw product was nice.

The iPhone 11 Unlock is very good. Only it is bad condition.

The battery's life is too low. Also the screen and boy have many scratches.

Falsely advertised as unlocked. Can’t get customer service to return and unlocked the phone because they keep saying it’s beyond the return date when I have gifted it. Horrible customer service. Would not buy anything anymore and will close my account.

The phone is unusable. The speakers don't work so when you call someone all they hear is static.

Geek Squad certified refurbished is the best! Battery Health was at 97%. Phone is like new. Very satisfied customer.

Reasonable price. Good gift. Battery life is pretty reasonable

Very cheap, messed up easily with my daughter and Best Buy did nothing to help :(
