85% battery health and burnt screen from phone calls but only slightly visible on dark screens. overall good just hit or miss on the battery health and screen condition.

Geek squad doesn’t put a new battery in the phone for any refurbished items unless the battery is defective. Battery health was 85% when I checked mine at the store during unboxing. No cable was found in the box. I used the mobile kiosk to power up the phone with their power cable in order to check the condition of the phone and battery health.

Works just fine! I love this phone perfect for watching movies.

BUYERS BE AWARE, i bought this phone with the hope of using it when i travel out of the country due to been unlock. After buying i didnt check the function trusting that i bought it from a reliable store. I travelled out of the country not knowing the phone was not functioning properly. Get to my location, the phone will not connect to both cellullar and wifi. I called bestbuy who said i can send someone to bring the phone in. I was able to pay someone who was returning to the state. My brother got the phone and went to best buy in hiram Ga. He was told he needs an appointment contradicting what phone geek squad said. AT this time it was my almost the end of my 90 days warranty. The earliest appt will be 3 day after my 90 days expires. I spoke to the manager of Hiram GA who said it will be fine since the appt was made before the end of the 90 days. My brother went on the appointment day which is now 3 days after the warranty and was told to take it to apple. Meanwhile apple said its out of warranty. This suck and it just like waste of money cause without internet this phone is useless.

The iPhone volume keeps turning itself down, which makes me mad, I wish I could get a replacement iphone
