I have to say this has been a great phone so far love the color very satisfied

Excellent phone love it so much picked up in store no issues , phone doesn’t come with a box or any accessories just the phone , also it didn’t have any defects noted I saw like 2 very light scratches but now you don’t notice at all like at all. No issues transferring my information from my iPhone 11 to this phone everything went great definitely recommend

Best buy service was 5 Stars. Received very quickly and I returned it immediately. The phone was NOT even in “good “ condition. The screen had so many scratches. Packaging was terrible. I thought geek squad certified refurbished means close to like new. I was wrong. It did power on. But I immediately powered it off and returned it. I purchased the 14 plus unlocked brand new here at bestbuy for a bit more money. It was worth it to know it was new. I know better than to gamble, I’m not a lucky person.

I ordered these phones before Christmas and waited two weeks for them to have never even been shipped so I had to reorder them and wait another almost two weeks to get a phone I can't even use. It' was reported stolen by at&t. I'm appalled at the lack of effort and customer service. I even drove almost two hours to the closed best buy to me just to be told there wasn't anything they could do because they didn't have the exact same phone to be able to trade mine it.

Ordered a refurbished AT&T iPhone. Received a Verizon phone. Very disappointing after having waited a week to get something I can’t use. The only positive was that the local store accepted the return.

Stayed in good shape for over a year now. Great phone.

I bought thos as a goft for my son’s bday. Att was out of stock for the longest time. The product was wrapped with care, came before delivery and was just what i was expecting. I love that i can trust Best Buy to provide the best service and the best products. Ive bought products and used Geek Squad several times and have never been more satisfied with the quality of service! When everyone else is out of stock, Best Buy always has an alternative to meeting your needs.

This is the second iPhone I’ve bought and will continue to buy here.

This company feel like they are scamming. They sold me a locked phone that I can’t even activate with At&t or return to best buy. At&t says the phone can not be activated with my line because the phone is locked
