Bought this iPhone 14 max pro as a gift to my niece in the Philippines. The phone is Ok but unfortunately the SIM on the phone is not unlocked yet when it’s sold to me. Best Buy contacted and was told bestbuy has no capability to unlock the SIM card and to call the carrier. Now I have to find out what carrier to call?

The iPhone was NOT unlocked when received. Geek squad certified, and not matching description. Geek squad couldn’t even unlock. Go to Amazon.

As others mentioned, the phone is not unlocked. In my case, the phone appeared to be locked to Verizon and they were unable to unlock it because I was not the original account holder.
