Apple iPhones are terrible, but they’ve become even more terrible at another generational leap, just like the Macbooks did in the late 2000s. Apparently, it was decided that a new codec, H.265 was needed, because it’s one number higher than 264. Naturally, this codec is completely and absolutely incompatible with Windows. I just shot 1000 photos, videos, and live photos (that I wish was never a feature in the first place) of a vacation to Switzerland on an iPhone SE and LESS THAN HALF of the content can be read on my PC. If you actually value and want to work with your content without restriction, limitation, or revoke, then please avoid the iPhone and Apple products. They are not focused on delivering this. It’s a real shame, because Apple hardware is still top-shelf. But the software is wretchedly incompatible with the rest of the computing world.

Wife got this as an upgrade to her old SE. Power cord failed within a few weeks, but geek squad came to the rescue since within 30 days

The phone arrived with minimal packaging, in fine condition. No instructions or extra anything, so it’s good if you are familiar with the process of switching from the old phone to the new phone. It did include a charger. It works fine.

I'm sure the iPhone is great. But I have to get it before I can really rate it. This review is more about the delivery of the iPhone SE than the iPhone itself. As in it's been two weeks since I ordered it for a in-store pickup and I've received a notice that it could be in by July 20th. And if it is not in by the 20th, the order will be canceled (Best Buy's words, not mine). Shouldn't have to wait this long. If they have the phone, then ship it on time. But another week and a half??? Makes one wonder if they had the iPhone at all. If I don't get it by the delivery date (July 8) I'm cancelling and spending my money elsewhere and leaving the review to warn others.
