Not fully refurbished. Battery capacity should be at 100% on a "certified refurbished" phone, not 80%. Checked battery health and got battery message that battery health is degraded. I contacted Best Buy and they said the phone is not under warranty and I would need to pay for a new battery. I have had the phone for two weeks! I feel I got ripped off.

I brought this exact phone and had to return it because neither Bestbuy or Verizon could get it activated. I know it's the same phone because I returned it in store and it now back for sale. It is listed as Verizon phone but is carrier locked. Maybe it is actually a Verizon pre paid? who knows but proceed with caution.

The phone delivered to me didn't work and turned out it wasn't even an iPhone SE 3rd Generation, it was an iPhone SE 2nd Generation. I've sent it back but I haven't gotten a refund.

The phone that was delivered could not be activated. I returned the phone and went to a different retailer.

Was locked, and couldn't open it. Big mistake to buy this one. Took it to Best Buy in Erie, PA (50 miles from where I live in NY) and it was fully refunded.

Best Buy did not deliver the product that I ordered (which is shown to the right) and refused to correct their mistake and send the correct item, putting the onus on me to return the incorrect item.

Excellent upgrade. No frill phone that has a good operating system and paired well with the ipad pro.

The first phone I was sent was a iPhone 2nd gen instead of the 3rd gen refurbished I had ordered and the battery health was down to 78% (correct SKU # on the box but wrong phone inside). I returned it to the store and got a replacement. The replacement was perfect and battery health was 100%. I was very happy in the end.

The phone might have been fine but neither Best Buy nor Verizon could get the phone to work on Verizon's network. It was supposed to be a Verizon-locked phone that worked with my existing account. Had to return it.

Good value. This refurbished iphone is working great! We are so glad we got it at the Phoenix Outlet Best Buy. Thanks!
