Customer Ratings & Reviews

I rarely do reviews but I have to say I was impressed. With BB cause the transaction was Great! Fantastic price point, the delivery and quality of the item was spot on! It seems as though Best Buy has really invested in delivering building better customer service. And the speed in which items reach me now is def swifter. Whatever it is, keep doing it! Highly recommend 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Hasn’t even been a full 30 days and the iPad has stopped charging

Easy to use, and unlocked, no scratches fast shipping

No issues at all. Works great and at great price. There was no visual cosmetic damage or scrapes. Very satisfied

Product is great! Works amazing. Had a rough ordering/delivery of the correct item. Had to return 2 WiFi only devices until we finally received the WiFi + Cellular device we ordered. But overall, good product.

Battery life horrible. Don't get anything refurbished from Best Buy they only give you 14 days to return. By the time I gave it as a present and they tried it the time past was 18 days from delivery. No refund no warranty unless you pay for it. Go to their competition the minimum warranty 90 days!

We also purchased the same iPad brand new, so I had the chance to compare the battery performance. Unfortunately, the refurbished iPad’s battery does not seem to perform as well as the new one. With the same amount of usage, when the refurbished iPad shut down because the battery was completely drained, the brand-new iPad still had around 30% battery remaining. Overall, I’m a little disappointed with the battery life of the refurbished device.

Works perfectly, clean, no damage, looks brand new

I’m very happy with this refurbished iPad. It arrived in great condition, works perfectly, and was easy to set up. The screen looks great and the battery works well. It was a good value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent works perfectly.! The only thing I didn’t like was the sticker on the back it took allot to get it off.

works as it should, did the job for me. long battery life.

I love my new ipad. Love that it is pink and that it is cellular as well. I take it everywhere with me.

Very good price and everything works !! Set it up for my truck!!

It's still working perfectly so far. No issue encountered

Really great product. My son really enjoys it and it processes fast.

For a refurbished iPad, this was perfect! Only thing was a used charging cord. Bought a new one! Problem fixed!

I received a different model than the one I ordered, an inferior one that only had Wi-Fi. I couldn't return it to the store; they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't the product I ordered. I finally managed to return it, and ended up buying the newer model.

Sent me a iPad with no service. It was the right color just no cellular option on the iPad and that was the reason I got it to add service.
