    Fantastic speedy delivery, quality and price!

    I rarely do reviews but I have to say I was impressed. With BB cause the transaction was Great! Fantastic price point, the delivery and quality of the item was spot on! It seems as though Best Buy has really invested in delivering building better customer service. And the speed in which items reach me now is def swifter. Whatever it is, keep doing it! Highly recommend 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

    Battery performance

    We also purchased the same iPad brand new, so I had the chance to compare the battery performance. Unfortunately, the refurbished iPad’s battery does not seem to perform as well as the new one. With the same amount of usage, when the refurbished iPad shut down because the battery was completely drained, the brand-new iPad still had around 30% battery remaining. Overall, I’m a little disappointed with the battery life of the refurbished device.

    Item as described

    Product is great! Works amazing. Had a rough ordering/delivery of the correct item. Had to return 2 WiFi only devices until we finally received the WiFi + Cellular device we ordered. But overall, good product.
