My wife had been using a second generation iPad at home for years, and it got to the point it couldn't keep up with what she wanted it to do. So this was the best birthday present ever! The battery life is a big improvement, too.

Had to return my first purchase due to inability to charge. The second works well. Disappointed that it does not come with earphones like the original iPad I purchased. That along with the need to return a defected iPad gives it only a 4 star. I have come to expect the very highest quality from Apple products and these issues leave me less that absolutely satisfied for the price I pay.

this tablet is perfect for the moderate user as it comes complete with wifi access to be able to use the tablet at any location so traveling with it is not a problem. the memory size is just right for a nice selection of music to take on the road with you, has room for a few dozen apps to be used when traveling to assist you in many ways from current conversion, to language barriers, and more. just the right sice for quick travel and easy of use.

Decided it was time to upgrade from ipad 2 and best buy was offering the best deal. This is virtually the same tablet as before with more storage, a bit better screen quality, and maybe faster. The back-up and restore from iTunes went fine and I finally have the newest operating system. Guess I'm good for another four years.

I upgraded from my original iPad which is probably 5 years old. I love this new one. It's fast, easy to use, all the high tech modern stuff I would expect. It's a totally different experience with this new 2017 version, and I have no complaints at all. I like using it better than my laptop now!

This iPad is everything I hoped it would be and more. It is the perfect size between the large iPad and the mini. Glad I went with this model. Great picture for streaming shows,and very quick for browsing the web. Overall very happy.

My mom had the first iPad that came out and didn't upgrade since until recently. Being an apple fan, She loved everything about it. All the cool new features and how fast it is. No complaints, great Mother's Day gift!!

Love the size and capability of Wi Fi and Cellular

I have wanted an I-pad for years but thought I needed a new laptop instead and not able to buy both so would go for the laptop. Able to get the I-Pad now and wonder why I waited. Love it! I can do much that I have been doing on the computer, all that I used my tablet for and all the apps I used on my phone.

Love the size of the tablet, not too big and not too small. The best thing about it of course is the way the screen looks. The quality is amazing and doesnt strain my eyes. Best ipad yet!

The new iPad is fantastic. It's light weight and the screen is brilliant. It's about an inch less wide than the last one but isn't noticeable.
