Wish I would have known that it was outdated and I can't update it. You get what you pay for. Look nice, works fine, but cannot download any apps.

I am satisfied with the I-pad even though I haven't received it on time. I was supposed to be delivered by a gentleman by the name of Micol. I went to two places looking for it. I was told by the Fed-X in Homewood down from Best Buy that my I-Pad was in the Chicago Heights location. Never got a phone call saying where it was at. I feel if I didn't go and as at Best Buy I would have gotten my product.
