If I could leave zero starts. Sold as “excellent condition” then when it arrives, the battery health says “needs service, battery life seriously depleted”. I contact the third party seller and they refund $19… what a joke. Cost $80 to replace the battery. Best Buy should really look into who y’all partner with.

Great Compact Phone & Smooth Buying Experience

Recently bought an iPhone 12 mini from Best Buy and I’m really happy with it. The phone was in excellent condition, battery performance is solid, and everything works smoothly. I love the compact size — easy to carry while still being powerful and fast. The buying experience at Best Buy was also quick and professional. Definitely worth it!
