I am enjoying my 12 pro max. It’s fast , pictures are great, display is bright and the design is pleasing. It feels and looks like a premium phone. It is the perfect size for reading and watching videos.

I love this phone! Coming from someone who jumped from a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra that can do so many more things, this phone is just so simple to use and that’s all I need. The battery life is amazing! I literally start the morning at 100% and end up at 50% by the evening with normal usage. That’s anxiety lifted off my shoulders from when I had my Samsung. I can play my games and watch YouTube videos or Netflix without worrying if my phone is going to die. This is a good quality feeling phone overall. It feels so expensive just like it’s price lol. I can care less about taking pictures but I have to give credit to the camera quality. I’m glad I went with the Pro Max. The screen size is perfect. Love the crystal clear resolution. This is my favorite iPhone yet. I just wish they'd get rid of that notch on top and include a fingerprint censor while we deal with this pandemic.

Let’s start out with the fact up front this phone is massive (no doubt). The first week I was on the fence of whether I wanted to keep the phone. Even went as far as going back to the store to see about returning it just to find out the iPhone 12 pro was on back order with bestbuy and there was no date in range of when they would be getting any more of the iPhone 12 pro models in the silver / white variant. Now as I continued to handle the phone. I’m enjoying more and more. Watching movies is just as great as watching them on my iPad. Maybe even crisper. The gaming is great with the bigger screen to play around with. Yes there are times where I’m standing in line at a grocery line and I have to prop my phone against my body in order to check certain notifications but those are one off instances. Overall I really do like this phone. Can’t say the camera quality was a massive upgrade from my previous phone, but much better experience. Funny as I go and handle a 5.8 inch screen now it seem so much smaller and I think my hands as well as my eyes have adjusted better to the bigger screen. With that being said if you don’t enjoy your phone give it some time. You’ll soon be just like me in enjoying your phone at the end. One side not but this personal preference if you’re like I don’t like to make the phone anymore bigger than what it should so I decided to use a very ultra thin case similar to the Peel or Totallee cases. But if you chose to use those same cases know there isn’t any drop protection for your phone only protections from scratches only

I was very excited to get my new iphone12 pro max! I can say that I have tried numerous times to go to android just because I like the way the Samsung galaxy phones look. Needless to say it never lasted I alway found my way back to iPhone within just a few days. I also added the picture of the case I bought online from Best Buy! Absolutely love this case too!!

Was coming from an iPhone X. Night mode on this phone is Phenomenal. The stabilization on the video at 4K 60fps makes this exceptional for B-roll. If you’re thinking of buying one you won’t be disappointed. Also the battery life is amazing and Best Buy has a great trade in promotion for older iPhones.

This phone is great if you’re more into larger phones. I had the 8 plus and then the regular sized 11, which to me the 11 was too small. So this one is perfect and I love the gold color. It is also a lot faster in my opinion and doesn’t take as long to reboot after dying. I also compared it in size to my 11 for a visual. ^-^

Love the phone. Buying from Best Buy is a huge mistake. I had to return the phone due to extreme over heating to the point it lost calls and restarted. Even though it’s printed on their receipt the return policy for Verizon devices, it was a fight! Furthermore, they all were very disrespectful and personally verbally abusive.

I can’t fault this phone. Besides the fact that I have small hands making holding it single-handedly difficult at times, it’s honestly the best of them all thus far. Gotta buy a separate box for the updated charger.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max has an amazing large screen and excellent front and rear cameras. It's very fast and has a beautiful look. I like the flat edges a lot better. I have yet to experience the Ultra-wideband 5G, but the regular 5G is a little faster than LTE. I highly recommend this phone.

I've had an iphone 8 plus prior to buying this 12 pro max so I was used to the size of the body, but I was pleasantly surprised by huge difference in actual screen size and the quality of the camera. Also, the A14 chip is great, not to mention the oled sceeen and future 5g capability. So far the phone has been very impressive and i have a hard time putting it down. You can't go wrong with the 12 pro max if you're looking for a larger phone. It can easily take the place of a smaller tablet. BTW, I'm a senior citizen.

I've always had Apple phones but sometimes skip upgrades. I upgraded from an iPhone X to the new 12 Max Pro, and it was worth it. I love the boxed style and color options. I never thought my iPhone X was slow until I got my hands on this phone. It's blazingly fast, and the camera is incredible. Finally, I love the screen size. I know some people might think it's too large, but the Max comes with the 2.5X telephoto lens, where the regular 12 pro does not. The physical doesn't seem noticeably larger than my iPhone X, though the screen is noticeably larger and improved. Text is slightly larger and crisper. Images and video look outstanding!

So last iPhone I had was a iPhone xr. I got bored and sick of it so on launch day I loved the note 10 and then 20 ultra it was back with features beyond Imagination beautiful screen and it was completely opposite of anything apple had out. I loved the phone. Then the iPhone 11 launched and I was even more satisfied with my purchase. As the year went on little things started to bother me and not Samsung’s fault I was just engrained in apple’s ecosystem so long I didn’t realize how much. My Apple Music while I could get on my Samsung phone it was glitchy and never worked right. They keyboard for typing was my main irritation. No matter how many keyboards I tried and tried them all I was constantly going back every text I wrote and fixing massive errors I even downloaded a iPhone keyboard but because the software wasn’t integrated like iOS the keyboard just wasn’t the same. Being an iPhone user for 10 years I just couldn’t break away permanently. iPhone 12 max came out and it reminded me of my favorite iPhone I had the 5 so I waited almost a year after it came out and I finally had an early up grade and made the switch back. I couldn’t be happier and didn’t realize how much I missed the out of box ease of use from my iPhone compared to my Samsung. Once again not knocking Samsung at all they have come leaps and bounds since the last time I tried to switch and the note line is phenomenal but once your trapped in apples seamless beautiful web of iOS your kinda stuck unless you wanna start over

Upgraded from a Galaxy Note 9, now don't get me wrong, I loved my Note 9 and the only real reason for the upgrade was to give my Note to a friend to replace their broken phone. With my limited iPhone/apple ecosystem experience, I'm not the be all end all of gurus, but as a tech nerd who loves playing with fun new gadgets, I can say I am so far enjoying the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The screen LOOKS great, and I personally don't have an issue with the 60Hz refresh rate they decided to go with, I'm not really gaming on my phone, I don't need high refresh rate here. I love the camera, it takes great photos, and it better considering that massive camera array poking out of the back. The Lidar feature is interesting, and I am looking into the different uses people come up with for it, but even just using it with the measurement app is an interesting application of the technology as basic as it is. The front facing camera is better than expected, and FaceID works far better than I would have imagined, though I really miss my Fingerprint Sensor and Iris Scanning features of my Note 9, In todays environment where we're almost always in masks when were out and about being able to unlock my device with a fingerprint or by my eyes for things like tap to pay, or to check messages has been a lot more convenient than FaceID's need to see my whole face. So it loses a star for this, as even without the whole pandemic I often use my phone to pay when I get gas, and I Ride motorcycle so faceID doesn't work with the helmet on either. As for general usability, iOS works fine, it's been an experience learning the new gestures for doing the little things, like closing apps, or bringing up the notifications. Some things are fairly intuitive, but many are seemingly counterintuitive for no reason, though this is mainly an issue with me being so much more familiar with Android Phones/tablets and having never really taken the time to learn iOS. It's a fast phone, the battery life has been great, and have not had any real issues with dropped calls outside of people I'm on the phone with actually moving through a dead zone. Still, I have a few days left to keep using it, if I decide it's not for me in the end, I can always bring it back and get something else, but so far it's been a joy to use.
