This is a great phone. I am so happy I finally got a white iPhone again. I’ve had it for two years and it’s pretty good. The battery could be better but the size is perfect for my hands and it is sleek and smooth.

I LOVE the phone, but there was a HUGE problem with the activation. Apparently, the 5G SIM card that was included in the shipping package had NOT been scanned and therefore connected to the phone. I had to call Verizon & then go into a Best Buy location before the Best Buy associate swapped the SIM card. Frustrating and unnecessary.

its an iPhone 13 what is there to say? we upgraded from the x model and this has a way better camera... also props to best buy for having this exact model in stock when it was sold out everywhere including verizon

The camera of this phone is look like not the real camera that the brand new phone has its to vague the pictures and it looks like also the box of the phone isn’t original box I ordered midnight green but when I open the phone it’s all black, but so far the phone working good, but totally satisfied because I think I speak in the picture isn’t the same.

Same problem as the other iPhone 13 I purchased. I love the phone, but the activation was a nightmare. I put the 5G SIM card in, but it wouldn’t activate. I had to go to a Best Buy location…again, in order to get it activated. Matt (the associate at Beaverton) was wonderful & so helpful.

I’m coming from an iPhone 8, so this is a big upgrade for me. So far I’m really enjoying this phone, and I’ve had not problems adjusting to only have Face ID.
