Phone works well, battery life is lacking (only 70% of new iphone 13), camera bump was scratched but thats expected (is it to be?) from an 'excellent condition' refurbished product.

The phone was shipped immediately and arrived one day earlier than expected. The phone itself had very light wear around the lens bezel. We returned it due to the iPhone 13 mini being just too small. It really is just a bit small than the iPhone SE.

Some minor scratches, nothing major, good overall condition. Battery is at 70% but it lasts the whole day in my case. Color matched what I asked for. In general I am satisfied given the insane prices on the new devices, perfect in my case that I just wanted to replace my old iPhone which got broken. I think I will never buy a new phone again

Overall pretty good. There’s some scratches but that’s to be expected with a used phone. Nothing major tho! Does tend to get pretty warm if I’m running a lot but that tends to be an Apple issue. Battery life is overall fine. I’d buy again!

I liked the phone, and it really is of good quality.

The phone’s battery life did not hold up and it overheated during downloads and usage of normal apps. It’s size was appealing to me and I didn’t want to return it but due the above mentioned concern had to.

This is the best iPhone I have used, and was on sale!

Good Quality! I didn’t receive the color I ordered, but that seems to be the usual! Minimal scratches, great price, all around it was worth the price!

I bought TWO "Excellent Refurbished" iPhone 13 minis. One had a "battery life" of 78%, which is below the lowest threshold of 80%. And the other wouldn't hold a charge. They were both returned to Best Buy to be shipped back to the Marketplace Seller for a refund, but not until I'd spent many hours trying to set one up for me and one for husband, who lives in a nursing home. It was a NIGHTMARE! But BEST BUY WAS EXCELLENT IN RESOLVING IT!!! And they set up the two new phones for me. BEST BUY GETS 5 STARS. The Marketplace Seller, Wireless Source, gets ZERO.

I ordered this item and after over a month of waiting in frequent checks to the FedEx tracking, it still had not arrived. I inquired about this with Best Buy and and they notified me that the purchase was made through a third-party marketplace vendor, which I was unaware of. It looked to me that I was making the purchase from Best Buy directly. When I contacted the marketplace vendor, they would not honor my request to refund me for the phone that never arrived. I still have not received the phone nor heard back from Best Buy.

It was good quality and worth the money. Purchase, Shipping and handling was smooth.
