Improperly refurbished iPhone 13
Battery was below the 80% advertised life. iPhone diagnostics said screen was replaced with non apple parts and could not guarantee proper usability. Returned item and was notified that money would be returned in 2 business days. 3 business days later and funds have not been returned yet.
