It's been ok for 2 years now and only one issue was my volume went out and was so bad, and I did everything I could but finally taking some contact cleaner fixed it so it's all good now

Amazing phone, its been a while since I've owned an iphone, last phone was the iphone 5. The speed of the device is exceptional and the screen is wonderful. Great phone overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

It is great again. Way to go Apple. IPhone 13 Pro is fast. The screen is gorgeous. The cameras takes amazing photos and video! I look forward to playing with the LiDAR. My only complaint: I wish they’d put the lock button back on the top so I don’t accidentally push it when I’m adjusting the volume.

With regards to performance, the phone is good. I don’t seem to experience any delays when swiping. Apps launch quickly. Siri is quick and responsive. and, the camera has produced some good photos and videos although I’ve had challenges with colors in the background of some images which may be something I’m not doing. The battery seems to last a good while. Even when recording about 35-45 mins of video, I was able get all-day use. I actually like the size and how the phone feels in my hand with or without a case. The screen looks great and has nice contrast and colors. The notch at the top of the screen is not a distraction at all. I do wish I could trust that I wouldn’t need a case. I don’t like Face ID by itself. I wish there was some type of Touch ID I the phone additionally. I don’t like having to look at my phone to start using it. With my iPhone SE that this phone replaced I could just grab the phone with my thumb on the button and before I look at it it’s ready. Also, using Face ID while wearing a mask and my Apple Watch 5 has not worked for payments. I think the phone is expensive but the deal from AT&T made it doable. Would have waited another year without the deal.

Great phone that is a really good upgrade almost in every category. Sceeen, camera, processor and GPU, are all amazing. The battery life is getting me about 2 additional hours which is something I have wished Apple had done a long time ago. I know this is a review of a product but I would advise anyone don’t to purchase a phone from Best Buy especially in pre-order. I was promised it would be available on launch day snd I had already paid for the phone to be told that they were severely understaffed and that they would get my phone to me as quick as they could. Customer Service took over 2 hours on the phone before someone attempted to help me. The man that helped me told me that he was not an employee at Best Buy but that a temp agency was helping them activate phone orders! Best Buy had already had the phone I was trading in disconnected leaving me without a phone for 3 days. No one apologized or even cared that because of this I missed work calls and a very important family call. I expect better and am uncomfortable with a temp agency having access to all my information including social security number!

IPhone 13 Pro. 256GB. 5G connectivity works. LTE otherwise when not WiFi. Phone sound clear. Camera very good. Batt life good. Speed good. Green color subtle. Works well with hearing aid App Thrive. I like the heft. Size of screen just right for me. Best Buy personnel were excellent in all phases of the buying experience.

Absolutely love this device. Fastest phone I've ever had. Great cameras, and FaceID is amazing. I traded a Note 20 Ultra 5G for this device, simply because Apple does high framerate screens correct and second to none. This thing is bright, with 120FPS ProMotion, but it's also VRR (variable refresh rate) with an LTPO AMOLED panel that can vary from 10FPS to 120FPS to save battery, and sip battery it does. This iPhone, being the size it is, has OUTSTANDING battery life. In everyday usage it will astonish you just how good the battery is. Only thing is that if you are really pushing the performance CPU cores, it will chew through some battery... but you do get that performance, and it's more than any other phones on the market, even the brand new Galaxy S 22 series with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. There's a whole performance gulf between the Apple A15 and the latest and greatest Snapdragon. It's amazing. You won't regret this purchase if this is the size you want. The Pro Max will just get you a bigger nice screen and truly mind-boggling battery life.

Had phone only a few days. Pros: fast response, easy setup and transfer from old XR, great cameras, great battery. Only complaint was that the activation phone number was not in box, had to look it up on BB website.

By far my favorite phone I’ve owned. It’s the perfect size for my hands and super easy to use.

Upgrading from an Iphone 7 I love how much bigger the screen is and the camera images look great...I need to tinker with it more to learn the new stuff. .the low light pics still look dark...the volume is much louder than my last phone and the battery lasts along time...not sure about the 5G its not using it? The guy said leave it on 4G as it was not using it? Was not thrilled on the color choices...they only had the blue available and eh.....I was surprised it was at the same price even though the new 14 was out...I thought it would be discounted.

The new iphone 13 pro max are great. You can go 3 days without recharging. Camera is amazing.

Best phone with super quality pictures , processing speed.

I went in to upgrade my 1 yr old iPhone 12 to the new iPhone 13 pro. Unfortunately it seems AT&T does not allow trade-in upgrading even if you’re on the next-up plan..AT&T store ONLY (I may be wrong), so I had to pay the difference left on the phone and finally upgraded. No regrets as I went home, transferred all my stuff from the old phone to the new and proceeded to head back to Best Buy to trade the old phone in for store credit. I made back 90% of what I spent to upgrade. Long story short, yes it cost me some money, but I ended up with a far better quality phone. I don’t think I’ll have go back to the regular models anymore. Pros just feel better in the hand and camera quality on the new iPhone 13 pro is amazing especially for those that enjoy macro photos. Smaller notch is not really that noticeably better, but more screen realty is always a good thing. Coming from the newest iPad Pro, the 120hz display is noticeable and is just smoother in the feel of it all. A long overdue feature Apple should’ve added back when they released it on the iPad Pro. Extremely happy with the upgrade.

Upgraded to this from an Iphone 8. I'm glad I went with a new phone versus replacing the battery in my old phone. The transition to not having a home button was actually quite easy. I like the size of the Iphone 13 Pro and prefer it over the larger Max since I put my phone in my pocket at times. The screen resolution is better, the camera works well and so far no issues with the battery not being adequate. I placed my order for the phone online to do in-store pick up. For some reason the store had a problem getting the system to release the order so it took much longer than it should have. They had to call someone in some sort of Support function to do something in their system to show the phone order as fulfilled. They said they thought it had to do with the system just being too busy. Then the employee couldn't get the phone to work with the new SIM card it came with. He put the card in from my old phone and it worked fine. No explanation for that, but the cell phone carrier said that was fine when I inquired with them later.

This is one of Apple’s most quality phones. I’ve had this phone for the past couple of years and it’s never slowed down on me, and battery life has always been excellent.

Love this phone. It just feels great in my hands. It is sleek and takes amazing pictures!! The experience of buying at Best Buy was so effortless!! These guys know their stuff and took care of us. We went to att to buy three phones and they were so helpless, we left. We went to Best Buy and Kel, treated us like royalty and they even had phones in stock!! Get the tech warranty!!! It gives you apple Care for all of the phones you buy at Best Buy!! So I paid $199 and I get apple Care for all of my phone. Apple Would have charged me $750 for apple care for 3 phones!!

I purchased this phone back in September 2022 and it still looks like it just came out of shop. Smoothly and beautiful. I am not going to use a different phone than iPhone I guess.

Nice upgrade from an older iPhone. Great camera and slim size. Battery is not as large as the iPhone 11 but very efficient. It also has a better water proof rating. Should last for the price I paid.
