Substandard customer service. An torn open empty box was delivered to my mother’s house. Your company has refused to return over $1,000 of my money.

My parents both got iPhone 15 Pluses and they could not be happier! Same with me, since I used them extensively over a period of 5 days to help them adjust and transfer over from Android. My father got the Black one and my mother got the pink one, both of which look fantastic in person. The aluminum finish actually looks nicer than the titanium finish on the pro models. Only cons are that the non-pro Plus models do not have pro motion and do not have always on, and lastly they has one less camera. Other than that, these phones are incredible, with some extraordinary battery life. The reps at Best Buy were solid as well and guided us through the trade-in process, which has to be done through Verizon (They will not do it themselves). If you do not care about pro features, definitely get this phone!

Don't upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro just yet. Performance and battery life are likely still going strong, meaning there's plenty of life left in your phone. Some of the iPhone 15 Pro's most exciting new features, like the A17 Pro processor and Action button, will probably get better over time, meaning it's fine to wait for the next model, or even the one after that. Unless you can essentially get the iPhone 15 Pro for free through a trade-in deal, it's worth waiting

Bought this for my girlfriend who has been a long time iPhone user. She couldn't be happier with the upgrade. I helped her set it up and transfer everything over. I'm impressed with the quality and ease of use. Camera has clear and colorful pictures. Everything runs smoothly.

Great phone. If you want an iPhone that has all day battery life, this is the one. Coming from a pro model, the only thing I miss is the pro motion display. I have gotten used to this display after a few days.

Iphone 15+ definitely an upgrade over my Iphone 8+_. Better battery. Screen better. Haven't really noticed the camera improvements yet.
