sent an old shabby 12 iPhone instead of my ordered 15 pro. wasted time and also return in the store is impossible! only the parcel. best bey how to take money then everything is fine but as for the return oh then it's a third party! bottom

This cell phone is unlocked which is a good option. My main concern it’s battery life is shorter than expected. I’ve used the charger enclosed with the purchase and it only charges 30%. Bought a fast charger but still charging up to 85%. I don’t know what to do?
