A: Nope it’s 3 party they make it super difficult to return it . I emailed before the 15 days deadline and they emailed me back a week later saying 15 days return is up !! Ridiculous.

Horrible phone
Ordered Iphone 15 pro refurbished excellent, it’s trash. Back cameras don’t work, bottom speakers sound very clogged, and the screen is a cheap replacement no where near the quality of a REAL Pro Iphone. The blacks on the screen is horrible and I would never buy a phone from 2ndphone again!

Disappointed BB customer
This iPhone has minor problems that are irritating. 1st. Is the battery it gets warm when charging (not frequently). 2nd. iPhone does not keep message tones. 3rd. iPhone will suddenly appear in large zoom mode and will not allow to unlock screen.this has happened twice in one month .
