Great phone I love the technology on it and the camera resolution, I had a iPhone 13 Pro , it there are big changes the new phone is smaller but it’s cool

This is probably the best phone to use if you want your information kept your information. The bells and whistles are awesome, but the fact that I can communicate with the world and not worry about every single piece of my information being out there due to apples, exceedingly wonderful privacy policies And encryptions.

Absolutely LOVE my new phone. I’ve had no problems what so ever and the camera is amazing! My only complaint with this purchase experience was the trouble I had throughout the process of buying the phone (ONLINE) through Best Buy. I had to call several times. They didn’t make it clear how to do the trade in on my phone though I selected that during the purchase process. Also I was unable to upgrade my free Apple care to include theft and loss without paying the entire fee. Every single person I spoke with on the phone didn’t understand what I was asking. They tried to return my iPhone or cancel the Apple care. You can’t call your store directly you’re redirected. I finally had to go into the store to get my questions answered. It took 2.5 hours for them to figure out the Apple care however they got me all taken care of and even followed up the next day. I’ve always ordered my new iPhones directly through Verizon online and I’ve never had an experience like this. Next time I 100% will go through Verizon or physically go to the store to eliminate conversation with Best Buy’s phone staff entirely. Do yourself a favor and GO TO THE STORE.

Great phone! Really light weight feel. Battery life, not too great. Battery drains very fast. Hopefully the next update corrects this.

Simply a great phone. The camera is unbelievable when taking shots. Pulls up apps quickly, battery life is unbelievable. Upgraded from the XR model, huge difference!

Best Buy's part of transaction was good, but the Verizon trade in was terrible. They never sent me the instructions on how to return and chased me back and forth to Best Buy and local Verizon Agents. Ended up redoing paperwork on line and returning on line. But eventually the credits appear on my account. The transfer from iPone XS to 15 Pro went amazingly easy as I did it myself.

It IS SO GREAT!!! My iPhone 15 is so durable. I have drop it ATLEAST 20 times and not a single crack. I really recommend getting the phone so great!! And the delivery was amazing and packaging was awesome! Definitely recommend.

Trade in service needs some improvement. Lack of communication apparently with Verizon and BestBuy but was finally worked out after 2 weeks. Typical iPhone Pro upgrade…..

Provides excellent connection to resound RN hearing aids through Bluetooth. Phone calls sound excellent thank you for a great device.

It didn’t show up when they said it would. Not sure when it will ship. If you preorder a phone, they should give you a shipping date you can count on. As a total tech member you get free apple care, and that's the only reason I didn’t buy from Verizon or apple direct. Maybe this is an apple issue but the best buy apple supply chain should be corrected in the future. If you want it on time buy direct from Apple.

Great phone. Love the color. Plenty of memory so that I don't even need to get iCloud. Takes great photos as well.

Did not pull in my old phone data properly or configure the way the previous phone was configured.
