Purchased the iphone 17 in McKinney Texas. Great store and the service was excellent. They transferred all the data from my old phone and showed me new features. This iphone is easy to use and solid. Camera is good, better than my trade in, has plenty of memory and is fast.

I have always used cheap phones. It was a comforting way of telling myself that it was the best deal of my life. I begged for birthdays, holidays, during every dinner that the IPhone 17 was the best product to show my productivity and creativity. This phone has a great performance if you just do basic things. Has a great camera and runs well in video games. Some things I don’t like are that the action button doesn’t have more uses. The best product I have ever owned!!

We purchased this phone for my mom. It took her a minute to get used to using it, but now she has no problem at all. She loves the camera and has had no issues with the phone. Very user friendly.

It’s not that much bigger than my iPhone 13. Which I like takes great pictures. Staff at Best Buy was fantastic. The kid I had was very patient with me.

I upgraded from an iPhone XR to this, and honestly, there wasn't much of an upgrade, EXCEPT for the camera. That is the only impressive thing about this phone and the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. Other than that, I am not super impressed. The battery life is better than my old XR, but if I am using it for an hour or so, it still drains about 1/3 of the battery life (and I am not streaming, I am just doing basic little games or Instagram).

Improved battery life, video quality and camera quality

Enjoying the new iPhone 17. The battery life and the camera have improved. If the camera is important, you may consider a higher end version of the 17 series, particularly if you use the zoom function.

This was a Christmas gift, an upgrade from an iPhone 11. The gift went well :) the 17 is a nice device with a much improved battery life, brighter, cleaner screen and exceptional camera and video quality.

Love my new iPhone17! Transition from the old 12 went quickly and completely. Clarity of photos and screen a real upgrade. More storage, great value and financing.

Love my phone not your customer service. I went to pick up my phone and they were supposed to set it up for me and they didn’t. They were all supposed to set up the return of my phone to Verizon and they didn’t do that either. They told me they couldn’t set it up and sent me to Verizon who told me they were going to charge me $30 to set it up. Why should I have to pay $30 at Verizon when I bought the phone at Best Buy? I didn’t stay at Verizon. I called Best Buy customer service and they set me up an appointment with the Geek Squad. He set up my phone. He was wonderful. The person that I picked up my phone from was not wonderful and they should be told that.

Phone is a good size ( came from a 15 pro max ) and works fast. I love it.

Very happy with new features of Phone so far the phone works really good and I do like all the features in my book. Apple is the best.
