A: No, I don't imagine so. I was already on a plan, so that was not an issue for me. I am sure a Best Buy customer service rep could help with that.
Q: Why is it higher than 399 and does it have 5G
A: Yes 5G just as fast if not faster than the 13 pro max camera . Only difference is the lens
