It’s pretty decent when I run it sometimes it make air noises maybe over heat but it’s runs smooth

My MacBook came quicker than expected and was packaged well. Considering it’s a 5 year old computer, it’s in great shape. I’ve been wanting to learn MacBook system and I’m learning slowly. I would recommend this computer because you’re able to take advantage of purchasing the protection plan. I had to order this computer twice, it was well worth the wait.

Laptop came in a cardboard box was not cleaned and was filthy had a lot of scratches on laptop and sides

My laptop came in great condition. The keyboard came a little dirty but that didn’t bother me. I easily cleaned and was done in a minute. The laptop works great, the battery still works great, it’s not slow, it’s like I got it brand new

love the laptop!! used it my whole freshman year of college and it’s still going strong and works very well going into my sophomore year!

The laptop was surprisingly great. After reading some of the older reviews of people getting slightly damaged computers, I, luckily, was able to score a basically brand new MacBook for half of the cost new. Great choice for someone needing a laptop for work like I did and one that wasn’t going to hurt the pocket book either.

I have never had this issue with a Mac before. I was not able to use the Mac because it was not wiped clean from the previous owner. It was a Father’s Day present for my husband, so I had to take it back to the store. The store couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t wiped clean and we could not restore it to original settings. I am EXTREMELY disappointed because I had to buy a different one, and ended up just getting a new one. Best Buy needs to make sure to thoroughly check the pre owned products before sending them out. This was a huge hassle.

It came dirty with small damage. Runs smooth. Just keep in mind when you buy refurbished you get what you pay for. Other than that it works great!

My computer came in perfect condition. Looked brand new and no issues. Ive had it for a little over 2 years now and it still works like the day I got it!

The speed is not what I expected but in general it's fine.

Works great aside from the battery-this has become an issue- does not keep a charge.
